The heart behind the sisterhood
Hey sis,
I’m Jada Love.
I grew up with two brothers, but no sisters. And for as long as I can remember, I longed for that sister connection—that bond.
I wanted someone to laugh with, pray with, share life with, and lean on. Someone I could be myself around, without feeling like I had to explain every part of who I am. That longing stayed with me, and it became the heart behind Sistas Without Sisters.
“I didn’t have the sisterhood I longed for, so I created a space where we could build it together.”
I’m a mother of three beautiful girls, a woman of faith, and a woman who wears many hats. Underneath all of those hats, I’m still me—a woman who needs love, encouragement, understanding, and a place to simply be. I know there are other women who feel that, too.
That’s who I’m making room for here. The woman who shows up for everyone and wishes someone would check on her. The woman who wants genuine friendships. The woman finding her voice, rediscovering herself, or just hoping to find people she can feel at home with.
My heart is to build a safe space for all women to be themselves and grow into who they want to be. A space rooted in kindness, respect, and understanding, where we listen without judgment and make room for each other’s stories. You can come with your joy, your questions, your dreams, and the parts of life you’re still figuring out.
“I love being to people what I didn’t and don’t have.”
God is at the center of this sisterhood. We began with Zoom conversations about prayer, identity, and connection, and my hope is that we keep building bonds that reach beyond a meeting or a screen—bonds where we can laugh together, pray for one another, and help each other feel seen.
Whether you grew up without sisters like me, have sisters and still want community, or are simply longing for deeper connection, you’re welcome here. There is room for your story, your personality, and the woman you’re becoming.
I created this from a place in my own heart. My hope is that you find a little piece of home in it, too. Welcome, sis.
